{grin} This is my second attempt to post this particular blog entry. A word of warning to any other bloggers here - save a draft of your blog. I did a preview without saving a draft, and exited the blog without posting. {groan} lost my work! I've done that enough times, you'd think I'd learn! Guess I'm used to using Blogger...
Anyway, it's been a BUSY time here at northcoastbconline.com this past week or so. A big hello and welcome to all the new members at the main site as well as here on the social network. I've had a number of new business listings to post/activate. Welcome to Twilight Spas & Pump Supply, Bumble & Bumble La Vita Bella (a new salon coming to the Skeena Mall), Wild Water Computers from Smithers. The past few weeks have also seen the addition of Diamonds in the Ruff Canine Training in Kitimat, The Creative Woodturners, Sunset RV Mobile Service (hi Maurice!), Oceanwild Nature Shop & Expeditions in Prince Rupert, and Morningstar Therapies in Topley. If you happen by any of these businesses, let them know you heard about their listings here on North Coast BC Online.
There's also a number of new classifieds in the general section and real estate section, plus - Spring must be here - garage sales!
I was in Kitimat a couple of weekends ago for the Spring fair at Riverlodge. I met Lori Patton of Vision Naturals - Lori signed up for a business listing last fall. She has this wickedly delicious coffee body scrub product. I can't find my favorite commercial scrub around town so I will be sending her a list of the ingredients from the packaging and Lori will try and create something similar. Hows that for service? I picked up her business card and will be posting it on the front page for her 30 days free advertising. But first, I'll have to create a new graphic area designed for portrait style business cards. Any business that signs up for a listing in the directory will have their account credited for 30 days free advertising of a business card in the rotating graphic spotlight. Just send me a copy of your card by email or snail mail. They can also be faxed to me, but the quality is lousy! (and ugh! black & white - why do that when the internet allows for a rainbow of colour!)
