Lake on Hemlock Street
January 30 2009 - frozen ground, thawing snowbanks and lots of rain have created a lake at the intersection of Hemlock Street and Hawthorne Avenue.
People around town have been pumping water out of carports, yards etc. for the past 24-36 hours.
